Responsibility
- Implement and Support of IT management Solution (Software) for Server and Network Monitoring or/and IT Security or/and Service Management or/and API Management or/and Accounting Solution Software.
- To gather customer requirement, and propose the solution along with design to customer through consultative approach.
- To perform trouble shooting, advisory, resolve technical issue during implementation or maintenance services.
- Presentation and Demo of proposed solution with customer.
- To perform the document or report as need.
- To perform the knowledge transfer with customer
- Able to adapt the new technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree of Computer Engineering, others Computer/IT related fields.
- Experience is advantage, but it is not mandatory.
- Knowledge of Server and Network Concept
- Knowledge of programming.
- Good English is advantage.
- Ability to Work Independently.
